My review on Forever Living is going to be slightly different in the regards that most of us have tried one or more of their products.

The company has been around since the late 70s and there are nearly 10 million distributors living in more than 150 countries.

I noticed that their products are very popular and among one of the top brands at least in regards to sales figures.

That’s the thing with Forever Living, the product has been around for so long that there is a massive customer base that is dedicated to buy their products.

My review will provide all of the information needed to make an educated decision about joining the Forever Living team.

It will include a company overview, a brief product list, compensation analysis and the Pros/Cons.

This will all culminate with my final verdict on the company.

I hope you enjoy my review of Forever Living and that you find at least some of it beneficial.

A Forever Living Overview

As mentioned before, Forever Living has been around for ages. It was founded in 1978 by a man named Rex Maughan.

It is headquartered in Scottsdale , Arizona but it started with humble beginnings by selling to friends and family.

What this means is that Forever Living is not a scam and is a legit MLM based on long term success.

Seriously, it will be celebrating its 40 year anniversary in a few years.

There is a lot of statistical information, and over 90% of all distributors have a hard time making money.

It is fair to say that the products are not the problem but possibly in the price tag or the way each distributor markets the products.

The way Forever Living tries to counter the expensive products is by launching a training program for all distributors.

You get taught ways to market the products and tracking down customers.

This is great information and the training has known to help people sell product.

Products & Services

Before we get started on the actual product list, I want to take the time to make a valid point about aloe vera.

We all know that there is a long list of benefits of aloe for our bodies. However, too much of anything is always discouraged…

And, you don’t have to buy Forever Living products to enjoy the benefits of aloe.

I mean, it’s everywhere and sold in just about every supermarket in the world.

I’m not saying that their products are not worth it or they are in any way worthless, I’m simply saying that aloe is abundant in other sources.

There are 8 main product categories listed on their website. They are Bee Products, Drinks, Flawless by Sonya, Nutrition, Personal Care, Combo Paks, Skin Care & Weight Management.

Here is one example so that I can make a point about all Forever Living products…

Every single one of Forever Living products are aloe based which contains healing properties.

There are so many benefits to Aloe such as losing weight, energy booster, healing burns and digestive tract health.

Another great thing about their products is that they contain all natural products and they lack any side effects.

This means that you can use them on your toddlers and they are eco friendly as well.

This has all been backed up for nearly 40 years of customers claiming that the products work and provide some sort of benefit to their daily lives.

Although there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support these claims but it is at least worth mentioning.

You can’t really ignore 38 years of customer satisfaction.

Now let’s take a look at how you can make money with Forever Living.

Compensation Plan

It wouldn’t be an MLM unless there was some sort of opportunity for you to make money by selling their products and/or recruiting new distributors.

One thing to bare in mind is that Forever living has exceptional profit margins.

You can make 43% on each item you sell which is massive in comparison to most other MLMs.

All you have to do is purchase the products that you want to sell and add it to the package you choose.

If you are lucky enough to enroll another distributor you get paid a commission.

What it boils down to is that you must recruit distributors in order to take full advantage of the Forever

Living compensation plan.

This means that you make a living off of recruiting while they try and make a sustainable living from selling the product and finding other recruits.

This kind of MLM has received scrutiny because this process is not as simple as it sounds.

Finding new distributors that take the business seriously can be daunting and you also have to rely on other people’s success in order for you to thrive.

Don’t get me wrong, you can do it but keep in mind that this type of MLM is a good fit for people that have experience in tracking down leads on a regular basis.

Also note that 95% of all Forever Living distributors fail due to this particular reason.

This exceeds most MLMs that I am aware of.

Now that you have an idea of what Forever Living is and how you can make money, let’s start to apply the information into a discussion about the pros & cons of the company.

This will point you in the right decision and help you in the long run.

What I Liked About Forever Living

At this point I think it is important to tell you that Forever Living is in no way a scam.

It is not a pyramid scheme either because of this one point.

Do you think that an illegal business would be allowed to survive since 1978?

I don’t think so… It would have been shut down a long time ago.

Seriously, it’s been around forever and a proven product nearly 40 years.

This doesn’t guarantee success though.

You can never escape the fact that 98% of all MLMers fail because they refuse to improve their skill set.

Look, if you don’t know how recruit, market a product or know how to sell to customers, you need to get training.

There are so many training programs out there and you need to find one that fits your budget and provides competitive training.

I will provide you with more information on that at the end of this review.

The moral of the story is that you need to do a bit of self reflection and swallow your pride in order to succeed.

Don’t fall under the assumption that you are going to be able to walk into an MLM and starting making millions.

Trust me, this is important.

What I Didn’t Like About Forever Living

Aside from the massive number of people that fail with MLMs, here is a few more external issues I have with most MLMS.

Your success relies too heavily of recruiting.

Take a look at what I mean:
1. Try to sell your product to your friends and family.
2. Host parties at your home or someone you know.
3. Provide sample packages for potential buyers.
4. Utilize promotional materials that the company supplies.

Look, I just provide 4 ways to sell products or recruit more distributors.

The problem is that relying on friends and family can be kind of embarrassing.

Who wants to sit in a room filled with all of your loved ones and try to take their money by selling them products.

I’m not saying that it cannot be effective, I simply making the point that not many people are willing to do this.

I think you know where this is going.

Final Verdict

If you have read my review of Forever Living and still come to the conclusion that it is a scam, you probably do not possess the right skill set to succeed in the first place.

This is not meant to insult anyone, but they have been around for so long.

This does not mean that you cannot change your mindset and start a path of personal development.

Look, if you are looking to become a successful MLMer, you need to know three things.

You have to know sales, marketing and recruiting.

There is no way around and you cannot avoid these things.

Think about it this way, some people invest thousands of dollars and years in college to become doctors and lawyers.

Maybe it is time for you to take a few months and get some well deserved training on how to become a successful MLMer.
