Yoli Review – Legit Business Opportunity Or Weight Loss Scam?

Yoli Reviews

Company: Yoli, LLC
Website: http://yoli.com/
Founders: Robby Fender, Corey Citron, Daren Falter, Bobby Jones and Michael Prichard

Welcome to my review of Yoli.

If you are here, then that means you are doing your homework before joining an MLM blind.

This is a major problem when people are trying to find a way to make extra money or create a full time income.

It is essential to do research in order to find out what you are getting yourself into.

I mean, what is the point of joining a business if there is no chance of making money.

This is where I come into the equation.

I write 3rd party reviews, which means I have absolutely ZERO affiliation with the companies that I review.

This allows me to simply compile the important information into a review.

Before we get started, I must say that I have never recommended an MLM because I think the whole premise can work but only for certain people.

I think there are other options online that work, like training programs, for example.

The reason I have come to this conclusion is that I have never seen an MLM where less than 60% of all affiliates make $0-$225.

It is also important to note that the vast majority of MLMs don’t last longer than 2 years.

This is scary because it takes a few years to create a legit down line.

Anyway, let’s get started.

Yoli Overview – What Is The Company?

Yoli LLC
Phone: (801) 727-0888

2080 S Industrial Rd Ste B, Salt Lake Cty, UT 84104

Yoli was founded by Robby Fender, Corey Citron, Daren Falter, Bobby Jones and Michael Prichard.

Some would say that this is a lot of experience but there is more than meets the eye with these Health and Wellness niche MLMs.

You see, there are thousands of health product based MLMs and they all claim the same thing.

Yoli has a motto, “We Transform Lives.” This is supposedly done by some magic liquid meals as a way to lose weight and stay healthy.

You see, what MLMs, Yoli included, will never tell you is that for every successful sales rep, there are thousands of people that fail or even lose money on this business venture.

This is frightening and should be thought about long and hard.

Joining an MLM is a huge risk, especially is if you don’t have any experience.

Let’s take a look at the products.

Products and Services

To be perfectly honest, there seems to be a lot of different products.

With that being said, there is a classic disclaimer with this product that I always see with these health & wellness niche MLMs.

“These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”

I get it, the company does not want to claim to cure major diseases because that would be an outright lie, but the hidden message has to do with some representatives.

There are always people that join the MLM that will claim that the products cured their cancer or diabetes for example.

This is a way to protect themselves from any legal issues.

The compensation Plan

I usually just post the Compensation Plan PDF so that you can look at it for yourself.

This is important because if you are considering Yoli, then you need to know exactly how it works.

I will provide the nuts and bolts of the operation while you can fill in the blanks by following the link above.

According to Yoli, the plan is a hybrid of both Binary and Unilevel structures.

This is decent because it allows all of your team to count toward your commission.

Here are other ways you can make money with Yoli:

1. Retail Profits
2. Rebate Bonus Program
3. Fast Start Bonus
4. Refer 3, Get It Free
5. Break Even Bonus
6. Binary Team Commission
7. Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus
8. Global Bonus Pool
9. Diamond Pool
10. Blue Diamond Pol
11. Black Diamond Pool
12. Multiple Business Centers
13. Travel Incentives
14. Luxury Car Program

Without a doubt, this is a really good compensation plan.

I have see a few others that are better but no in the health and wellness niche.

There are a lot of ways to get paid but you have to focus on recruiting which is lame.

Recruiting is the reason so many people fail at MLMs and there is no difference with Yoli.

Better Business Bureau(BBB)

yoli_bbb_grade
Yoli has a great grade from BBB but it does not mean all is perfect.

What this means is that if a customer complains about Yoli, they seem to deal with the issues in a timely manner.

There is plenty of other information in the Yoli assessment page.

For example, there have been 16 complaints that have reached BBB in the past 3 years but 12 of those were closed in the last 12 months.

The complaints range from advertising, billing, warranty and product/service concerns.

Here are a few complaints.

Yoli Honest Reviews

So at this point we can see two major things.

There are legitimate problems with product, customer service and health benefits but at least the company is willing to refund even if they have to be pressured into doing so.

I will not go into too much detail about the other complaints about Yoli but here is the link to the BBB Yoli Page.

Things I Don’t Like About Yoli

There is tons of hype with this company.

How many people see advertisements on Youtube or FaceBook?

Believe it or not, a lot of people see this kind of stuff and some feel that it is the right move for them.

On the other hand, it is a kind of pyramid based on product hype.

Sorry, liquid diets are not backed by any legit science and many people have complained about the products.

The image above touches upon the price issues with the Yoli product line.

As usual, you have to pay for fake products that promise such ridiculous claims.

The cost is another aspect of the product that I can’t wrap my head around.

At the same time, I would like to show you how most MLMs make their revenue.

Revenue mostly comes from the recruiting scheme.

Here is how it works.

Depending how much you want to be involved in the company, you can buy different packages.

The first level of packages retail for about $300 but you can get discounts if you are a preferred customer or a member.

This is a classic ruse because in order to get the most discounts you have to either buy Diamond Package or become a Life Long Member.

Those packages can run you up to $1000.

Although the more expensive packages come with more products, I’m not sure that there are a lot of people that are willing to spend that kind of money to start a business.

In fact, I’m willing to go on the record saying that the vast majority of people don’t have that kind of money to invest.

Also, these products seem more like a small niche consumer product because most people don’t want to simply drink meals.

The Final Verdict

Ok, without further ado, Yoli is by no means a scam because they have a product and a payment plan.

They have been around for a while now and there has been no indication of fraud of government intervention.

So I can confidently say that the company is not a scam.

On the other hand, I can say with confidence that ALL health and wellness niche products are not what they seem.

There is absolutely no credible scientific measures that can be provided to confirm or deny the health benefits of these products.

Think about it this way, the only way these products can make it on the market is through MLM.

If you are looking for a legit way to start your own online business opportunity, then check out this review.

You can give a test run for FREE and it has been around for a while.

The training program has helped a lot of people and there is no risk involved.

I hope this review helped you in your journey to finding financial independence.
