One afternoon in November 2015, Melissa Bailey was walking to the parking lot. Another vehicle pulled up next to her and parked. Melissa and the driver started talking about the dogs inside the driver’s car. Melissa told the man the dogs looked happy. Unfortunately, one of the canines was unhappy and impatient. Thinking their owner was taking too long in the store; the doggy sat on the driver’s seat, placed his paw on the steering wheel and started honking the car’s horn. The people passing thought it was a human driver dressed in a dog’s costume. Well, the impatient canine cum driver is not the first dog driver.
