In the recording, a big-eyed beagle, Suzie sits at the back of glass in a cage at an animal sanctuary. As other dogs are taken up, several humans walk by Suzie, hardly looking at the lonely pup. Then, Suzie attracts a little girl. The small girl bends down, squats and puts her hand against the glass of the dog’s pen. The girl must be aware that Suzie is meant for her. In the next scene, the little girl and the dog are seen hugging in front of a fireplace at the girl’s home. According to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ statistics, 7.2 million dogs and cats wind up in shelters yearly, and 2.7 million are taken down. The Helping Hands Humane Society proposes that financially stable people should take up animals to rescue their lives and prevent the succession of pet overpopulation and help local communities.
