Cyclops are real!! Ok, cyclops goats are real. At least one of them anyways.
A one-eyed goat born in the Indian state of Assam is getting international attention after surviving far longer than anyone anticipated, but also because he's absolutely bonkers to look at.
According to National Geographic, the unique goat has a condition called cyclopia, which is characterized by a "developing brain’s failure to separate into two hemispheres. As a result, the skull only forms a single eye socket."
The goat's owner is thrilled by his tiny cyclops, and told Caters News that he believes it will bring luck to his home. Read more...
