Stephen Colbert mourns The Mooch's firing with a very respectful musical tribute

The Mooch is gone before he could even be depicted on Saturday Night Live, but don't worry, Stephen Colbert has got all the Anthony Scaramucci jokes needed.

On Monday night, just hours after Scaramucci called it quits as the White House Communications Director (after only 10 days on the job), Colbert's monologue included a million zingers directed to the hilarious and confusing situation. 

"He said he was going to fire every body and I got to admit—he delivered," Colbert said, referencing Scaramucci's unhinged rant to a New Yorker reporter. 

"As hard as this been on Scaramucci, it's been hard on me. I've been a huge fan of the Mooch for over a week now, but I guess it's time for me to get rid of all my Mooch memorabilia or Mooch-andise," he continued, before breaking into a song dedicated to Scaramucci.  Read more...
