Graham-Cassidy is on its death bed, and late night host Jimmy Kimmel couldn't be more excited to attend its funeral.
Kimmel has delivered multiple alternately tragic and comic monologues over the past few months about the repeal of Obamacare, very likely helped impact the bill's early death. Last night, he delivered what he hoped would be one of his last tirades, at least against the legislation.
