Far-right personalities around the world are feeling the impact of Twitter's new verification policy
Twitter has changed its verified profiles policy, saying it will strip the blue checkmark from accounts that don't follow the new guidelines.
And its impact is now being felt among far-right personalities in the U.S. and UK.
Tommy Robinson, prominent British rightwing personality and founder of the English Defence League (EDL), said on Twitter he had his blue badge removed and commented: "& so it begins."
