Sony and Microsoft are both having massive video game sales for the biggest gaming event of the year (MSFT, SNE)

• The Playstation sales run until June 18, and the Xbox sales ends June 23. 
• There's a limited edition PlayStation 4 Slim on sale, and the Xbox One X is on sale for the first time since its release

If you've been waiting to pull the trigger on a new Xbox One or PlayStation 4, or you've been looking for a sale on a video game blockbuster, your time has come.

To celebrate the annual E3 video game event, Microsoft and Sony are holding a huge sales event that includes consoles, accessories, and hundreds of video games. Some of the most popular games out right now are seeing a slashed price, and there are some firsts too — the high-end Xbox One X is on sale for the first time, and Sony is selling a limited edition blue- and gold-themed PlayStation 4 Slim console.
