The latest Saturday Night Live's cold open shifted attention away from Trumpworld to spend some time hanging out at an Elizabeth Warren town hall.
Kate McKinnon's take on the Massachusetts Senator and a leading candidate in the 2020 Democratic primary fielded questions about primary polls, swing voters, and the specifics of IRL Warren's recently revealed Medicare for All plan. That last one is the sketch's highlight, with McKinnon-as-Warren serving some excellent burns to Jeff Bezos and people who try to keep up with her math.
