Remains Of The 1800 American-Civil War Era Get Discovered By Treasure Hunters – Shocking!

A “ping” from the metal detector from the treasure hunters led them to a cornfield near the Missouri River. Their findings confirmed a major historical event from the early 1800s shipwreckin a steamboat from Arabia. The treasure hunters found a boat lying 45 feet below the cornfield. The boat posed a problem since it affected the water level table in Kansas which is below 10 feet. After digging out the boat, the archeologists found somethinginteresting in the boat. The boat was in an oxygen free environment and had preserved much of the cargo inside it. It contained guns, bottled food in excellent condition, and clothing among other things.
