Tow Truck Driver Spots A Wreck Downhill. He Takes A Closer Look And Almost Loses It. SCARY!

32-year old Robert Hooper received a call from a stranded motorist. Hopper assumed it would be the usual longlinetow, but he was in for a big surprise. Hooper arrived at the scene to assist 69-year-old Janey after her gas pedestal stopped working. While loading Janey’s car onto the truck, the duo noticed something out of the ordinary. The duo noticed a blue car at the bottom of the hill. The car was mangled and Hooper, a body on the driver’s side. He thought the man was dead till he had a moan. Hooper called 911, and he pulled the debris away from the car. An ambulance arrived, and the23-year old victim to the hospital. Stephen, the accident victim, had been trapped for over 6 hours.
