'Transformers: The Last Knight' trailer promises to explain why these movies keep happening
"You want to know, don't you? Why they keep coming here?"
That's Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins talking to Mark Wahlberg in the latest Transformers: The Last Knight trailer, but he might as well be talking to us.
The real-world answer, as we all know, is money – as in, the fact that these films continue to make a crap ton of it. But maybe The Last Knight will offer a canonical explanation as to why this franchise seems poised to keep going 'til the end of time.
