iPhone 8 deals: here are the best prices in the US

iPhone 8 deals can save your money on Apple's full price of the phone, but since today is launch day, they're difficult to find. Here's where you can get the best price for iPhone 8 on T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.

It's not as expensive as we first thought it would be. The iPhone 8 that Apple announced this week alleviated fears that the base model would come with a $1,000 price tag. The new iPhone 8, instead, starts at $699 for a 64GB model.

The iPhone 8 is simple upgrade from last year's iPhone 7. As such, the price hasn't increased too much, though it's a little more expensive likely due to the increased storage of the base model.

More important than any of that: how can you get the best iPhone 8 deal on launch day, or simply find it in stock? Let's make sure you have all of the answers for today.

T-Mobile iPhone 8 deals

T-Mobile is offering to pay $300 toward your iPhone 8 bill with a trade-in that's more inviting than any other US carrier. Trade-in any iPhone 6 in good condition and it'll give you $300 off your monthly device payment plan.

That's a good offer since other US carriers either require a newer phone, like an iPhone 6S or an iPhone 6S Plus, or they will only give you $200 toward your monthly device payment plan. Once again, T-Mobile aces the iPhone deals.

Verizon iPhone 8 deals

Verizon is also offering a $300 trade-in credit toward the iPhone 8, but it's a little less lenient about which phones you can turn in for that amount of money. Chances are, if you have an iPhone 6S or 6S Plus, it'll earn you $300 toward your iPhone 8 bill. But if you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, it's only worth $200.

That's still a good price, and helps alleviate the cost of the iPhone 8. And you can still get trade-in credits toward even older phones. The iPhone 5S, for example, will fetch $100.

AT&T iPhone 8 deals

AT&T has very specific iPhone 8 deals for very specific people. It announced a Buy One Get One Free offer. Hope you like TV, because you have to  either be a DirecTV customers or sign-up for an account to the satellite TV service. Anyone who qualifies can order two iPhones, one for free and the deal falls under the AT&T Next monthly plan that lasts two years.

AT&T is also interested in any iPhone 7 Plus out there, offering $300 for Apple's large-screen iPhone. While that's a standard price, it isn't offering similar trade-in deals for other phones at this point.

Sprint iPhone 8 deals

Sprint is the fourth-place carrier and that's good for you the consumer. it often has some of the most desperate deals. It's offering 50% off its device monthly payment plan with a trade-in. How good this deal is really depends on the phone you're trading-in for the iPhone 8.
