Revelations about the making of one scene in the Stranger Things 2 finale have caused controversy on social media.

The ending of Stranger Things 2 sees Max (Sadie Sink) and Lucas (Caleb McLaughilin) exchanging an awkward kiss during Hawkins Middle School "Snow Ball" dance. 

In Netflix's Beyond Stranger Things after-show, the Duffer brothers and the cast discuss the final episode, and things immediately become oddly heated up. 

Asked how it was shooting the kiss scene, Ross Duffer immediately goes on the defensive, telling Sink it's "all her own fault." Read more...
