OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition set to arrive to India on December 15

OnePlus this year has another limited edition device lined up that’s specifically made to pay homage to the legendary Star Wars series. OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition is created in association with the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi, which celebrates the movie release along with OnePlus’ Anniversary on December 2.

The new limited edition model doesn’t come with any modification in the hardware but the appearance has got a Star Wars makeover. From what we see in the official images, looks like ‘the force is strong’ with this limited edition model as it comes in a fine looking black and white combo that perfectly compliments the Stormtroopers to match the theme. The front is ‘dark side’ (black) and the back is ‘the light side’ (white) with a black coloured OnePlus logo at the back and black volume rocker, power/lock keys, also there’s a tiny twist of red on the alert slider and a red Star Wars logo at the lower back.

Moreover, the exterior is supposed to get additional flavours with a Star Wars themed UI fused with the Oxygen OS. It’s a known fact that the 40 year old movie series is one of the most successful film merchandise franchise and has crazy fans across the globe, so it’s pretty interesting to see it on the phone from a four year old company that shares a similar culture.

OnePlus 5T — Star Wars Limited Edition will go on sale starting 15th December across all channels including on Amazon.in, oneplusstore.in and OnePlus experience zones in Bangalore and Noida.

OnePlus and Star Wars fans can be a part of the launch event in Mumbai on December 14 by booking the tickets for Rs. 999 only on Paytm, starting 7th Dec from 10 am onwards.
