'Game of Thrones' showrunners explain what really happened to Ser Pounce
We all knew Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss were monsters. But hey, it turns out that they're actually heartless monsters.
Remember Ser Pounce? The cute, little "proper fellow" of a Game of Thrones kitty that popped up in Season 4 to kill the mood as Margaery Tyrell tried to bond with Tommen Lanni— ahem, Baratheon?
Yeah, well, the cat's dead.
Cersei apparently killed him in a horrible moment that was too much for even HBO. Benioff confirmed as much in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly (though we have our doubts about how serious he was). Read more...
