Zoos are fun places for families to spend time together and check out cool animals, but I don't think this poor lady will be going back any time soon! When she decided to go to the John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids, Michigan, this elderly woman was probably expecting to have a relaxing and educational experience while watching a variety of exotic creatures in action. However, what she actually got out of her day turned out to be so much nastier when she sat near this chimp's enclosure... You might want to close your mouth, Grandma. I mean, at least...
