The Game of Thrones power rankings determines which character is currently most likely to sit on the Iron Throne at the end of the entire series: not the power behind it, but actually ruling as King or Queen of Westeros.

For the first time since we started the power rankings back in 2015, there is no entry for Lord Petyr Baelish. Back then he debuted at #3, and has been sliding down the chaos ladder ever since.
