Close to 200,000 kids prefer to stay home instead of going to school because they’re bullied. That gives you a rough idea about how badly bullying can affect a child’s life. Case in point is the life of one 15-year-old Ryan.

In his early years, Ryan’s ears stuck out and some of his classmates weren’t so receptive of it. They branded him some nasty names like “Little Elf” and “Dumbo.” It got so bad that at one point, the innocent child even begged his mom to allow him to be homeschooled. In his teenage years, he begged his family to allow him to undergo plastic surgery, but the procedure was too expensive. That’s when his mom contacted The Doctors, and everything changed!
