Whether or not it's okay to stroll down a busy high street shirtless has long been an issue of contention.
Is it perfectly fine on a hot day, or is it just always a bit too much?
Well the video above doesn't even begin to answer that question, but it does get to the bottom of another one: can people tell whether or not someone is wearing a shirt just by looking at their face?
