Memorial bench has a nice message, but definitely needed a better editor

While I too want to be remembered as someone who smiled at all dogs, I also want proper sentence structure.

On Sunday, Jen D'Angelo pointed out on Twitter that a dedicated park bench in Los Angeles probably had a very nice intention, but its unfortunate wording kinda ruined it.

"In loving memory of Nicole Campbell, who never saw a dog and didn't smile." 

Wait. 

She never saw dogs and she never smiled? Surely, they really mean something along the lines of, "she never saw a dog without smiling," right? Or maybe they were celebrating that she never smiled and managed to live a life free of canines? Read more...
