Like most of us, you like the idea of putting a little extra money in your pocket.

Unfortunately that means you will most likely have to get a promotion at work which means more responsibility and longer hours.

MLMs have been available for quite some time and they provide an alternative means of income to millions around the world.

Although there are some wonderful Multi-Level Marketing businesses out there, many of them are scams.

Many MLMs also walk the fine line between legitimacy and fraud.

The following is a review of Dubli Network, and the whole purpose is to help you determine whether it can make you money or is it just a bunch of empty promises.

I have the easy job… All I do is present facts and the pros and cons of joining the business.

You have the hard part because you have to make the final decision.

All I’m trying to do is take a little bit of the pressure off of you.

I truly hope this review helps you in your journey of financial independence.

A Dubli Network Overview

Founder

Michael Hansen founded Dubli Network in 2003.

In his early days he was recruited by LEGO and expanded the company into the space products which developed into the Star Wars products.

Hansen then turned his career toward a successful franchise of Mexican restaurants in 1996.

He sold the franchise three years later in order to pursue a Network Marketing career.

What Is Dubli Network?

Dubli Network claims to be the largest direct selling e-commerce corporation in the entire world.

Dubli provides customers with online shopping, entertainment and travel packages, among other things.

Since Dubli is a worldwide organization, the website is available in 15 different languages.

What happens is this…

All customers that create a free DubLi.com membership receive Cashback each time they shop in the Dubli Mall.

This can include anything like downloading games or other software, all the way to reserving hotels and booking flights.

There are many other options other than the free membership that will be discussed later in the review.

There are several other things that Dubli offers such as a Dubli Debit Card, Smartphone App, CashbackToolbar & Dubli Shopping Mall

Cashback

Before we dive into the compensation plan, I think it is important to talk about the cashback policy and how it works.

For every purchase you make, you get cashback.

You have to make the purchases through Dubli Network in order to qualify for cashback.

By becoming a Premium Member, you get 4% back annually.

This of course is on top of the money you are already saving through discounts.

With the V.I.P. Membership you get a total of 6% back annually on top of the discounts.

If you make frequent purchases, this can accumulate quickly.

Although I do not like the concept of spending large amounts of money to make only 6% back, many MLMs do not even offer a cashback reward.

Entertainment Services

One of the main features that Dubli Network provides is entertainment.

You can get songs, videos or radio stations with no additional costs once you sign up for a membership.

You can listen to as many songs or watch as many videos as you want with this service.

This is a nice feature but remember, what you aren’t spending in downloads and streams, you are paying in membership fees.

I’m not saying I disagree with the concept at all…

I’m saying that the claim that this is a free service is false.

Traveling Services

With the world at our fingertips, everyone needs travel services at some point.

Dubli Network says that they pay you to travel due to the cashback benefits but all it turns out to be is a discount when all is said and done.

This sounds nice and all but there are thousands of people claiming to have difficulty getting the payout in a timely manner or not at all.

Like I said at the beginning of the review, I will provide evidence that there are unhappy members and customers.

This isn’t to say that Dubli is all bad.

They do provide hundreds of thousands of promotional flight rates and fantastic hotel bookings with car rentals.

There are also vacation packages that make your travels safe and stress free.

Remember that all of Dubli services are provided by top of the line brands.

The problem I see with this is the fact that there are many complaints about cashback bonuses and there are thousands of travel agents that offer similar services.

Membership Packages

Now that we have seen some of the services that Dubli Network offer, let’s take a look at all 3 memberships.

Free Membership:

Cashback for customers
Digital Entertainment Streaming

Premium Membership: (4.95/Month)

All of the services from the free membership, plus…
4% Cashback every year with all purchases through Dubli Network affiliated corporations

V.I.P. Membership: ($99/Year)

All of the services from the free membership, plus…
6% Cashback every year & you get $20 for each person you recruit to join the program.

OK, believe it or not this is not a bad membership program.

Look at it this way; for $99, you do have the potential to make some money.

Of course this is dependent on traveling a lot and recruiting.

I am a big fan of the traveling part, I mean seriously, who doesn’t like to take a trip.

The recruiting part however, is something I do not like at all.

Recruiting will never be a consistent or reliable way of making money unless you have had extensive training.

Plan To Get Paid…Or Not

When you enroll with Dubli, you become a Business Associate (BA).

There are three levels that you can purchase and have a direct effect on your income.

Bronze: $795 – You get 1100 Dubli Credits – 1X multiplier
Silver: $1,595 – You get 2500 Dubli Credits – 2X multiplier
Gold: $3, 195 – You get 6000 Dubli Credits – 4X multiplier

Before we even get to the income potential figures, I have to say that the costs are already out of the price range of most people.

I guess it could possibly make significant changes to your earning potential but as I mentioned before, you have to recruit members.

Compensation Plan

Team Member: Must enroll 3 customers
• Earn $75 on all BA you roll
• Earn 10% on all sales made by your customers

Team Leader: Must enroll 5 customers and 3 BAs that become Team Members
• Earn $150 on all new Team Members you enroll
• Earn $75 for each Team Member in your organization
• Earn 12% on all sales from your personal customers
• Earn 2% on all sales generated from organization customers
• Team Coordinator: Must enroll 10 customers and 3 Team Leaders
• Earn $225 on your own enrolled Team Members
• Earn $150 on new Team Members throughout your organization if you qualify
• Earn $75 on Team Members that join your organization. Only earn $40 if you are the second Team

Coordinator in a straight line.
• Earn 15% on all of your personal customer’s generated income
• Earn 3% on all of your organizaton’s customer generated income. 1% if you are second TC in line.

Sales Director: Must enroll 20 customers and 3 Team Coordinators
• Earn $300 on each new TM
• Earn $225 on all qualified TMs in your organization if you are the closest SD, TC & TL
• Earn $150 if you are the closest SD and TC
• Earn $75 on new TMs in your organization
• Earn $40 if you are the second SD in straight line
• Earn 19% on all income made by all of your customers
• Earn 4% on all income generated by your organization

Vice President: Must enroll 30 customers and 5 Sales Directors in 5 different sales teams
• Earn $375 on new TMs
• Earn 24% on all income created by your personal customers
• Earn 5% on all income created in your team

OK, I get it, there is a lot of numbers to keep track of and a lot of information to look at.

What it boils down to is, there is potential to make lots of money.

But you have to recruit a lot of people and there are a lot of qualification requirements that look a little on the crazy side.

The Final Verdict

Since I already described the pros and cons of Dubli Network throughout the commentary of the review, I will get to the final verdict.

I would have to say that Dubli Network is not a scam but only because there is a compensation plan and they do provide services.

On the other hand, there have been thousands of complaints about them not paying their customers and BAs.

This is a major issue and by the looks of things, they have not fixed the issue or made any changes in the process.

From the inception of the business, this has been a problem brought up in forums and review.

I can find forums that were recently created with the same complaints.

This is why I cannot recommend this MLM. You have to take the time and money to generate sales by recruiting many members…

And then they don’t pay you?
