A Qivana Review – Is The Products Legit Or A Scam?

First of all, I am really happy you found my review of Qivana.

That means you are doing research about the company before joining and that is half the battle.

This review should help you for a few reasons; I am not affiliated with the company at all.

Therefore, you don’t have to worry about bias information or sales pitches.

Secondly, I have no problem calling a company a scam if they take advantage of people.

I have no problem telling readers if the company is legit and you can make money with the company.

Either way, this review will allow you to make the right choice, for you!

I mean, that is the point of starting an online business opportunity right?

With that being said, let’s take a look at Qivana.

Qivana was founded in 2009 by Derek Hall who has many years of experience in sales revenues for other companies.

He was also president of several companies including Botanicals International, Unigen USA, Univera,

Nature’s Way and Integrative Therapeutics.

This is a lot of experience and I always say that a company is only as good as its leadership, so things look pretty solid at this point.

I would also like to point out that Hall and Qivana do not have a problem sharing public information with members or potential customers.

This is another significant choice made by the company.

You see, many MLMs and network marketing companies don’t even provide you with the names of the founder(s).

If that happens, take this as a bad sign and look elsewhere.

Good thing you don’t have to worry about that with Qivana.

Products & Services

Besides leadership, a company’s product is the most important factor when determining success.

Here is a list of products from Qivana.

METABOLIQ: Bar, Recharge, Shake

QORE: Detox Plus, Essentials, Probiotic, Immune8

PRIME

SHOQ ENERGY: Series of natural energy drinks

SKINSHIFT: Series of lotions and oils

OK, there are a lot of products but unfortunately I couldn’t find any price points.

This is kind of a bummer that the prices are left out of such a nice looking website.

Well, I guess you can’t win them all. If you look at the list of products, you will see words like ‘revolutionary,’ ‘natural,’ ‘perfect,’ ‘scientific breakthrough’ & ‘best.’

I agree that their products are backed by some Universities and “scientists,” but none of the claims can be backed up with 3rd party, double blind or peer reviewed studies.

These are simply words to market the product. Now this does not mean that some people will not experience some changes and benefits but for all intents and purposes, the results vary, to say the least.

Compensation Plan

Here is a quick link to the Qivana Compensation Plan.

RETAILS SALES: You can earn money by buying products at wholesale prices and selling them at retails markups.

QUICKSTART BONUS: This bonus hits as soon as your recruits pay for their initial purchase.

TEAM COMMISSIONS: This is the main part of the plan and it is a classic binary plan.

This means that you have two teams under you that “pair” each other and when the team sponsors other people, you get paid accordingly.

LEADERSHIP BONUS POOL: This check is purely dependant on the percentage of the team commissions from your recruits. 7 generations.

CAR BONUS: Tiered plan that provides access to many more members than other plans.

MEGA BONUS: Bonuses range from $10k – $1M. Supposedly the largest in the industry.

DREAM WEEK: A place for leadership to meet and greet each other in some of the best places on Earth. Sounds pretty cool.

Overall, the company’s compensation plan looks pretty strong but it is still focused on recruiting which is a bit of a turnoff.

Don’t get me wrong, you can make money with it but you better be a recruiting BEAST if you want to enjoy the plan to its fullest.

OK, first thing to do is breakdown both the positive and negative comments.

As you can see, in the positive comment, there is no real substance.

Great, according to the customer, they were very pleased with the product and say they would recommend the business to a friend or family member.

To be perfectly honest, the positive comment seems more or less like a Qivana Sales Rep more than anything else.

Since we cannot determine who wrote the comment, we have to give them the benefit of the doubt and consider what the customer is saying.

The other two comments are from the other perspective; skeptical and negative.

Notice in both of the negative comments, there is plenty of substance.

The problem was stated in great detail and it is clear that both of the customers are claiming that the company did not meet their standards.

It is also clear that they want a full refund for various reasons.

The second negative comment brings up a lot of accusations that most MLMs have to deal with, because they are mostly true.

The customer says, “lots of hype on products and making money.”

There may have been a more diplomatic way of approaching the problem but it seems like there is a lot of frustration involved.

Companies hype products and making money because this is how revenue is generated.

I’m not defending the companies that overhype their products.

I’m simply saying that there are some companies that deliver and some that only make irrational claims about their products.

This customer is simply saying that Qivana is one of the companies that over hypes their products and compensation plan.

It is also important to note that BBB does not endorse companies or products.

They base their grading system on how well the company responds to customer complaints.

Things I Don’t Like About Qivana

1. Only trained professional recruiting monsters will be able to make money.

This is a fact and there is plenty of evidence to support this.

Roughly 95% of all MLMers fail because they cannot generate leads and cannot recruit.

This is a major problem because people join the team and then get discouraged after a few weeks of trying.

I don’t blame them to be honest because recruiting based MLM opportunities are a waste of time for most people.

2. I’m a little disappointed that all of the price points are not listed on their website.

The company spent a lot of money to make the site and they aren’t willing to list the products with prices.

I have seen a lot of complaints about the prices being high so maybe that might be the reason.

This is what you get when you consider a health and wellness niche MLM; products are way overpriced.

3. I think any company that is willing to label their products as revolutionary and scientifically proven, are misleading.

No legit branch of the science world is willing to put their reputations on the line and all of the scientist that do say that Qivana products are “shocking” the medical world, are full of crap.

It is that simple…

How do I know this?

Snake oil schemes are nothing new, and have been around for a long time. At least a few centuries have seen this same song and dance before.

The Final Verdict

OK, here is the deal, Qivana is not a scam because it has a product and a compensation plan.

It has also been around for a while and hasn’t been shutdown.

Here is why I cannot recommend it to anyone though.

You see, I have a moral obligation to state the truth and I feel that the product is based on hype and the compensation plan is based on recruiting.

Those are two of the major downfalls of MLMs and they are nicely wrapped in a package called Qivana.

On the flip side of that, if you are a recruiting beast, there is money to be made but you better know your stuff or you will end up losing money with this business venture.
