Broke Dad Couldn’t Ask For Help, Watch How The Community Surprises Him. WOW!

Brad Ptacek was experiencing hard times back in 1999 since he had financial difficulties. So he walked into the Band Box, Minneapolis’ oldest diner, and inquired whether the owner was willing to sell the restaurant to him. Instead of selling the property, the owner readily offered him a serving job and part of the company’s stake. Finally, he ended up owning the small business and Bailey Jimenez, his daughter, is a waitress at the restaurant. Though the restaurant became popular within the community, Ptacek told his daughter that soon they will be forced to close it down. They could not afford to replace their 30-year-old grill which had stopped to work. ­­Though that was the case, Jimenez knew losing hope with the business was not the option and something had to be done. Contrary to her father wishes, she stated a GoFundMe since she knew the community would help. Though she only needed some hundred dollars, they raised over $5,000 within a few days and as a result of that, Ptacek is happy with the community and her daughter.
