1. The balance and diversity are essential!

These two terms are most important thing in any diet if you want to provide your body the “big six things”: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. Whether you want a fast or gradual weight loss, it is very important to balance and to not always hold the same routine when it comes to food. Mix it and combine it.

2. Say “yes” to the fat!

Fat is our friend. It is what we need  for the brain, heart, nerves, bones and a healthy immune system and weight loss, including both saturated and unsaturated fats. The body use fat as “fuel” for power generation, and as that, it is much better than cereal and starch, which is regularly recommended. However, the consumption has to be careful and you need to avoid the “artificial” fats.

3. Be aware of carbohydrates

On the occasion of the use of carbohydrates, there is probably the greatest confusion, because there are a lot of them. Some of them are magnificent and should be taken every day (most vegetables). Others are also good, but they do not have to be taken every day (fruits, root vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds). 5. Move more during the day

Each time when you have a chance to go outside, run, jog, walk, ride a bicycle … In this way, you will not only burn fat, but you will also work on your health and increase your vitamin D (even when there is no sun).

6. Do not plan what day will be “the cheat day

It is not bad to get loose and to afford yourself the cheating day when you get tired of diet. But, from tomorrow, you have to continue doing things as usual. Normally, it does not mean that we should do the cheat day every second day, but it also has no point to wait a week (or more) for the day when you will eat everything you like, all at once.
