Mom Abandons Twins And Calls 911, Watch Where The Police Find Them

Sometimes you can feel bad about some happenings, but always, do not be quick to judge. You are about to encounter one of those happenings below. It is about a distraught mother who called police in Shawnee, Ok, informing them about something heartbreaking. She had used a pay phone to call 911. She told the dispatcher that she was not in a position to take care of her identical twins and as a result she had left them in a truck. Since she did not reveal the exact truck, it meant a search had to be done. Luckily, she had left them in a safe-haven (a firefighter’s pickup) and beside them was a note saying that she was poor and couldn’t afford to take care of them. From all indications, the babies were a few hours old since they still had the rubber bands which had been used to wrap their umbilical cords. Jimmy Gibson, a Fire Department Chief indicated that the mom’s actions were within the law, he was not ready to judge her since he was not sure of her situation. The babies will be adopted soon.
