He went in and out of rehabs, but the problem couldn’t subside. It’s birth of his son, Conor, in 1986 that made the whole difference. Eric wanted his son to see his dad in the best of lights, so he set about fighting off his addictions. However, his happiness turned into sorrow when in March, 1991, Conorrun out of the window in a high-storied building and plunged to the ground and died. But then he received a letter from his son!
