How deft are your special color identification skills? Unless your color vision is less than ideal, you probably are able to easily identify and remember the name of the seven colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, blue, indigo and violet. Actually, who could possibly accurately identify indigo or violet without them right next to each other? But you could get purple. If you are one of the chosen few who just said, “Of course I can identify the difference between indigo and violet,” you might actually have a chance on this quiz! Their palette is much more complex than those mainstream colors, and the simplicity of their expression is almost unbearable. There are said to be elite parties where certain special colors intermingle and create new colors, and no one who has ever been to one has ever said, “It was not posh.” These are all underground rumors, of course, because the special colors have the best security.
