This Canadian Based-Restaurant Employs Deaf Waiters- So Inspiring!

From the outside, it appears like your usual restaurant. Signs Bar and Restaurant in Toronto offers a new kind of dining experience. Besides offering tasty food that teases your taste buds, the establishment employs a special kind of waiters-the deaf! Customers order food and drinks using sign American Sign Language. There is a menu with symbols that direct customers to sign as they order for specific meals. AnjanManikumar, the founder of the establishment, was inspired to include and appreciate the input of people with hearing disabilities. Most of the employees had never worked in a restaurant before, but they have proved to be quick learners. Besides the patrons getting a nice meal, they learn the basics of sign language.
