You're not going to believe who inspired Eminem's hit album, 'The Eminem Show'
Eminem’s fourth studio album, The Eminem Show — which took the grammy for Best Rap Album and was nominated for Album of the Year — was inspired by a pretty unlikely source. No, not the bass heavy beats of someone like fellow producer/rap icon/BFF Dr. Dre, but rather the mask-totting '90s comedy icon Jim Carrey — a revelation that comes from the rapper himself.

The hip-hop superstar is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the album and revealed in an Instagram post on Wednesday that it was inspired by Carrey’s 1998 film The Truman Show. Read more...
