These tiny cameras have become super popular in recent years, and for good reason. Whether you need video evidence of an accident or attempted insurance fraud, dashcams have helped out countless motorists who otherwise would be in some serious financial trouble.
Check out this cammer, who captured a man on a scooter attempt what appears to be an insurance fraud attempt. In the clip, the scooter driver suddenly pulls out into the lane and stops. When the driver of the car also stops, the rider backs his scooter into the car, and jumps onto the hood of the car to stage an accident.
