John Boyega on Carrie Fisher's 'Last Jedi' appearance: 'She lives forever'
Carrie Fisher's posthumous appearance in Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi is going to be emotional for Star Wars fans around the world, but the film also marked some of her biggest scenes with costar John Boyega.
In a new interview, Boyega said working with Fisher was "amazing" and that they spent a lot more time filming together for this movie.
"We have many scenes in VIII, in this one coming up," Boyega said. "We worked together closely."
"You get to know someone — the gloss and the glamor...it starts to kind of go away and you just see the person," Boyega said of getting closer to Fisher. "You're having a great time, you're enjoying each other's company." Read more...
