This amazing Texan started a dance battle in the middle of Hurricane Harvey
In times of darkness, even the smallest ray of light can lift your spirits.
That's what Deandre Wilson, a man from Austin, Texas, has given us. Wilson posted a video of himself dancing on Sunday while Harvey was blanketing his area with rain — and he even incorporating the water into his moves.
