Earth is uniquely situated in the solar system so it can have a total solar eclipse. There are other planets that have solar eclipses, but earth is the only solid planet where you can view a total solar eclipse. Neil deGrasse Tyson sat down with Meteorologist Joe Rao to discuss more about this earthly phenomena.
