Tony Hsieh’s Zappos Offers to Pay All Funeral Costs of Las Vegas Massacre Victims

Online shoe and clothing shop Zappos once again managed to let their charitable efforts shine through after offering to pay for funeral costs of the Las Vegas shooting victims.

Zappos, run by CEO Tony Hsieh, has already started a $1 million fundraiser to support the families of the 58 victims who lost their lives on October 1.

Now, the popular online retailer is showering their hometown with even more love and support by offering to pay for the funeral of every single one of the victims, according to KTNV.

This is not the first time Zappos was this generous as they have collaborated with various homeless organizations and charity foundations in the past.

In fact, the Zappos employees themselves are driving a lot of the company’s charitable efforts, including a Kid’s Farmers Market, “Home for the Pawlidayz”, and “Promapalooza”, according to Footwear News.

“Our team members are constantly coming up with ideas for how we can give back to the communities in which we live and work,” Zappos Karma Kommando Steven Bautista added.

Over the years, Zappos has donated thousands of items to youth foundations, helped cover the costs of pet adoptions in local shelters, and even gave the less fortunate the opportunity to shop for free.
