Sacha Baron Cohen got a bunch of GOP congressmen to say arming toddlers is a good idea
Am I surprised that a bunch of Republican congressman endorsed arming toddlers? No. But, as usual, I wish I had higher expectations.
Sacha Baron Cohen's new show, Who Is America?, began streaming Saturday night before its official premiere on Sunday. As you probably already know thanks to Sarah Palin's extensive complaining, it's classic Cohen fare — the comedian has been interviewing U.S. politicians and lobbyists while wearing disguises for the past year.
In a portion of the first episode, Cohen assumes the persona of Erran Morrad, an "Israeli anti-terrorism expert" pushing a program called Kinderguardians, which would train children as young as three how to use firearms. Read more...
