Researchers in Japan are developing a brain-controlled robotic arm
It's all about multi-tasking, as participants were asked to utilize their own two hands while also using their brain to control a third robotic limb.
The research team at Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute in Japan says the functionality of their robot arm is very limited at this stage. However, according to the researchers, it's still likely the first time robotic prostheses have been controlled directly by the brain. Read more...
