Things You Shouldn’t Do In A Thunderstorm

Thunderstorms seem to be a lot more prevalent with our climate going haywire and Thor being part of the Avengers. Yet many people seem blissfully unaware of the fact that a well-aimed lightning bolt could, in the best case, severely ruin your day.

 

Let’s take a look at some things you shouldn’t do in a thunderstorm and/or whenever Thor is near.

 

 

Stand Underneath a Tree
I don’t think this needs much explaining. Lightning hits high places, high places fall down, you being below them means you get crushed by a tree trunk.

 

 

Drive a Convertible
It has rubber tires so your entire car turns into an electric death box when it gets hit by lightning. Sha-boom!

Think You’re Smarter
