Hundreds of new films are released every year yet there are movies which you will watch once and never forget. Here is the list of films which you should watch at least once.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

This film always gets to be in the top 10 of any list. The story about a man following his goal, never giving up and finally beating injustice. This is one of the feel good movies which will take you through an emotional rollercoaster finally leaving you peaceful and happy. A great film to watch with group of friends, not to mention it is based on Stephen King book.

Oldboy (2003)

A film from South Korea which has impressed even Quentin Tarantino. Oldboy is a great example of neo-noir thriller which keeps you on the edge of your seat. It won Grand Prix at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival and even got an American remake in 2013. The movie is dark and full of mystery but thankfully includes some romance as well.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)

Allegedly one of the best comedy films ever made, this film which makes fun of almost anything including kings, the government, the Middle Ages and many more. If you enjoy puns, lots of sarcasm and catchy songs, this is the film for you. No toilet humour, just pure reckless jokes.
