Disney’s reputation as "the moneymaking sequel machine that could" continues with its impending release of Toy Story 4 this June.
One quick glance at the YouTube comments section of the official trailer reveals that fan reaction has ranged from ecstatic to lukewarm (which is understandable considering everyone thought Toy Story 3's legendary climactic end really was the *end* — until it wasn't).
There's something about animation that tugs at viewers' heartstrings — enough that we really don't mind sequel after sequel.
