OnePlus 7 Pro listed on a store, complete with pricing
The OnePlus 7 Pro is being announced tomorrow (May 14), but one store might have jumped the gun, as the phone has been listed along with a price and availability date.
The store in question is JD (a Chinese website) so sadly the price is also in Chinese, and is listed as ¥9,999 (roughly $1,450/£1,120/AU$2,085).
Don’t panic though, as we wouldn’t expect an exact price conversion and that might just be a placeholder price anyway. Earlier leaks certainly don’t point to it being quite that expensive. WinFuture, for example, puts the starting price at €699, which is around $785/£600/AU$1,125.
- The Google Pixel 3a could be a rival to the OnePlus 7 range
- The iPhone 11 is landing later this year
- As is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10
In any case though the OnePlus 7 Pro is sure to cost more than the OnePlus 6T or the standard OnePlus 7.
On sale instantly
As well as the price, the main thing to take from this listing is that apparently the OnePlus 7 Pro will be available in China from May 16.
Now, that might mean the rest of the world will also get it on May 16, but that’s the date of the phone’s launch event in China, so in actual fact the likes of the UK and US might get the phone from May 14, since that’s when launch events happen elsewhere.
In other words, at the time of writing you might be able to have the OnePlus 7 Pro in your hands (or at least ordered) just one day from now. We’ll know for sure soon in any case. TechRadar will be reporting live from the OnePlus 7 announcement event, so stay tuned for all the official details.
- The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G should be one of the first 5G phones
