'Universally reviled': Stephen Colbert rips at Trump's coronavirus bleach injection comments

"The quarantine is driving everyone a little crazy, except Donald Trump," said Late Show host Stephen Colbert on Monday. "It's driving him a lot crazy."

The isolation caused by social distancing measures is affecting everyone in different ways. For Colbert, it's meant managing his increasingly shaggy hair by trying out a confronting new parting. For Trump, it's meant suggesting we try fighting the coronavirus by injecting people with bleach.

"It's not enough that his supporters are all white on the outside," Colbert quipped before reminding people they should never, ever do that.

Trump is also raising eyebrows and lowering life expectancies with his plan to deliver a June commencement address at West Point. The cadets have already been sent home due to the coronavirus pandemic, so 1,000 will have to be brought back to supply the U.S. president with an audience.
