This solar-powered platform will be the world's largest floating office
Developed by Powerhouse Company, this giant floating office is going to be the biggest of its kind in the world. The office uses its own solar energy source, a water-based heat exchange system, and is built entirely out of timber so as to reduce its overall carbon footprint.
The company reached its first big milestone delivering the foundation to its permanent location in Rotterdam’s Rijnhaven Harbor. Further construction and finalizations will be made in the coming months. Read more...
