Initially launched for Rs 16,999, the base variant of the Poco X3 is now available for Rs 14,999 on Flipkart. The Poco X3 Pro is also the most affordable phone with a 120Hz display. The device is powered by Snapdragon 732G chipset which offers pretty smooth performance.
In terms of camera, the Poco X3 has a 64MP primary sensor, a relatively high-res ultra-wide lens and two auxiliary shooters, paired with a robust suite of shooting modes make it an extremely enjoyable camera. At over 10mm thick and a weight of almost 230 grams, it is one of the bulkiest phones out there as it also packs in a 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging brick.
Features like IP53 water-resistance, an IR blaster, dual speaker setup are icing on the cake at this price point.
The Redmi Note 10 is an excellent upgrade from the last-gen devices and overall one of the best phones under Rs 15,000 that we can recommend. It has an excellent display, offers good performance and has reliable battery life. As for the optics, the 48MP quad-camera setup on the back performs well in the daylight but struggles in low-light. Selfies come out just above average here.
In terms of battery life, the device will easily last a day and to back that up, Redmi is now offering a 33W fast charger in the box. In terms of camera, the primary camera on the back with 64MP is the only one that's worth your attention.
Motorola India added a good budget phone in the segment with the launch of the Moto G40 Fusion in India. The Moto G40 Fusion is powered by a Snapdragon 732G chipset which is a capable chipset. It is also the best gaming chipset in the segment. In addition, you also get a big 6.8-inch 120Hz LCD screen with HDR10 certification.
In terms of battery life, the device also packs in a massive 6,000mAh battery which should last a couple of days. But, for charging the device, you have to settle for a 20W fast charging which takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The device runs on near-stock Android 11 out of the box and as an added security feature, the device also comes with Thinkshield for a mobile suite that protects the phone from supply chain level to OS and hardware level. In the camera department, you get a 48MP main camera and a 16MP selfie camera.
Poco M2 Pro is the company’s mid-range with powerful internals that is more or less same as the Redmi Note 9 Pro. But, it offers slightly better design, Ad free experience, and faster-charging speed for the same price. The Poco M2 Pro features a 5,000mAh pack will easily last you over a day and also supports 33W fast charging.
