Japanese Teacher Stuns His Students With Incredible Chalkboard Art
Some would call it skill, some talent, but describing Hirotaka Hamasaki’s mad chalk drawings should at least include the word genius in there somewhere.
The Japanese art teacher and graphic designer has the ability to channel various artists’ art styles using chalk as his paintbrush and a normal blackboard as his canvass.
He has so far recreated Leonardo da Vinci’s ‘The Last Supper’, Pablo Picasso’s ‘Guernica’ and other art pieces. He can also recreate anime scenes and other forms of modern artwork. In one of his more popular chalk art drawing, he drew a scene from the anime movie ‘Your Name’ (Kimi no Na Wa).
His work has become widely shared on social media after being featured in several sites. Find more of Hamasaki’s chalk art on his Instagram account under username Hamacream.
