Japan’s Revolutionary Pro Basketball Court is Absolutely Insane
A new professional basketball league in Japan has recently opened and its games are unlike anything anyone has seen pro-basketball gaming before.
The B. League inaugural match between Alvark Tokyo and the Ryukyu Golden Kings looked very much like a video game. Matches are played on an LED court, giving an entirely new visual experience to audiences.
According to Kotaku, the court at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium is covered with LED light panels. Yes, they aren’t projections often used in the NBA or other pro-leagues, the floors of the court is equipped with actual LED screens.

Nike has created a similar LED court in China, but the B. League claims that this is the first time that such technology is used in a professional league play.
