Barrow states he had had four packages go missing and he wanted a way to balance the score. So Barrow chose to improvise a unique box. He utilized a blank box and fitted it with a discharging device equipped with an empty 12-gauge shotgun shell. The shell fired when the individual attempted to collect the box. The deafening bang was real since it was empty. Inspection cameras got the fool snare in action this month. A lady walked into Barrow's home and reached for the box.
