Sometimes musicians like to do a lip-psych to their songs accompanied by a track. The audience may not even know it, but they would be listening to a pre-recorded track while the musician just moves their lips to the song. But sometimes things don’t according to plan, much like it happened to Mariah Carey during her performance on New Year’s Eve at Dick Clark’s Rockin’. Carey was lip-psyching to her 90s hit, “Emotion.” However, the track was sounding from the speakers and she couldn’t hear it properly to synchronize her lip movements. But she’s a queen in this business. The flop ended up heating up the show even more as she involved the crowd into the singing. Awesome! What do you think about this?
