The rushing waters of Indonesia’s Lesan River were too much for this orangutan to handle. Torrential downpours in the region caused river levels to get dangerously high, putting the defenseless orangutan in a life-or-death situation. Luckily for the ape, a group of rescuers happened to be at the right place at the right time.
